Superyacht Career Training
is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) under the Australian
Qualifications Framework (AQF) - Provider number 31651, a Recognised Training
Organisation for Maritime Safety Queensland (MSQ - Queensland State Government).
Included in our scope of registration is Certificate II in Transport Operations,
Maritime, (Coxswain), (Elements of Shipboard Safety are also included in this
scope) and units of competency from Certificate III in Transport Operations,
Maritime which equate to our AMSA endorsed STCW95 Certificate of Safety Course.
Superyacht Career Training
is also a Training Partner for International Yacht Training and is endorsed to deliver the following IYT courses:

Superyacht Career Training has
agreed to meet the strict regulations applied by IYT and the MCA standards
required of these courses through IYT as their Training Partner in South East
Queensland.
All Superyacht Career Training vessels and Instructors meet the safety
requirements imposed by the State Government of Queensland and are endorsed to
operate commercially on Queensland coastal waters for the purpose of sail
training.
International Yacht Training has approvals
from 24 governments for it’s Master of Yachts 200 Tons courses. IYT Yachtmaster and Marine Engineer courses are recognised by all red ensign
countries (MCA compliant) and major registries such as the Cayman
Islands, the Marshall Islands, the Bahamas etc.
IYT
standards of training are approved by the
Internationally recognised Classification Society, Det Norkse Veritas (DNV) as
a Maritime Training Center. DNV's Maritime Training Center Certification,
based on ISO requirements for Quality Control, is the Independent Quality
approval which recognises IYT's commitment to the provision of the highest
quality yacht training courses offered only by the best yacht training
providers throughout the world.
